Affordable, flexible degrees through local churches
Affordable, flexible degrees through local churches
Have you ever wanted to develop your next generation of leaders and felt constrained by the higher education system?
The truth is: Higher education is often expensive and inflexible. Organizations and individuals find these barriers difficult to overcome. As a result, goals are unmet or delayed.
At Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU), we believe that higher education can serve the goals of churches and individuals, so we have created a partnership model that offers affordable, flexible higher education options.
Recent research indicates that more than 36 million people in the U.S. have some college credit but have not earned a degree.
Related to this challenge, the average tuition for a public or private college ranges between $20K-$40K annually.
Students are staying on average within 50 miles of their family and friends, often reducing educational options.
Churches often face talent resource problems as they seek to launch new ministries and disciple their communities
Churches often aim to add community development opportunities that will extend its missional work.
Too often aspiring leaders lack the biblical training and discipleship that allow them to maximize their potential.
IWU has a consistent ethos of financial accountability that influences how we serve students through partnerships.
